We strive to be intentional and proactive about what we put into our bodies. We believe that what you put into your body helps to define who you are and how you behave and feel. And it’s not just about food.

What ideas are we putting into our minds? How much TV are we watch and what programs are we watching? What type of people are we spending our time with? Are they positive people that are uplifting, joyful, and pursuing excellence?

I want to guard what goes into my body and mind. I want to make sure things are healthy, wholesome and holy. Things and people can either build you up or tear you down. By making sure the things we let into our lives are good and uplifting we can make sure our impact on others lives are the same.
