I’m not sure who owns this piece of land but their fence row is beautiful. Every time we drive by it catches my eye. The equally spaced trees with the white farm fence reminds me more of Kentucky horse farms than central Indiana. Not that it’s out of place, or perfect, but this land owner has a lot of pride in their land. I look at this fence and it reminds me that in all things we need to strive towards excellence.
I believe in always leaving a place better than when you arrived. Your actions and attitude can’t be tied to what others are doing around you. There are a lot of people that seem to sleep walk through life, being reactive instead of proactive. Unfortunately it’s uncommon to see something stand out in our culture for being excellent, like this fence row.
