day 40


Friday afternoon we started making my favorite dessert. From melting chocolate in a double boiler to beating egg whites to stiff peaks, it takes a lot of prep to get ready. But once everything is assembled, I still have to wait a few days before it’s ready. We tried to eat some before everything had set, but it wasn’t the same. Though it’s challenging to wait, knowing how amazing it will taste, it is definitely worth it.
